CHINESE NOODLE (80g×3)
[ Product Features ]
The noodles are thin but have a firm back, and the salt content is moderate at about 1% of the dry ingredients. By adding water candy in the preparation process, the noodles become smooth.
It is a straight noodle, but it blends well with soup, and can be served with hot or cold noodles. Also. The boiling time is only 3 to 4 minutes.
The dried noodles are easy to store, and the Banshu brand, the home of noodles, has a strong appeal.
[ Why did we develop this product? ]
We wanted to reduce the amount of salt in our noodles and make them healthier. We also wanted to make use of our manufacturing technology for commercial-use bar-shaped Chinese noodles to create delicious ramen noodles with the aroma of brine.
After repeated testing of the noodles’ smoothness, elasticity, aroma, tangibility with dipping sauce, and cooking time, we were able to produce delicious noodles.
Recently, it has been used for ramen in pubs.
[ What is the best way to eat them? ]
Boil thin noodles for 4 minutes, drain in cold water, and serve as “chilled Chinese noodles”.
Dried noodles are useful as a preserved food.
