- Super Barley Fine Udon
- 90g
- lettuce
- 15g
- egg
- 1 piece
- Bacon
- 50g
- Cherry tomato
- 2 piece
- Plain yogurt
- 30g
- White miso
- 10g
- Men-tsuyu
- 10g
[1] Mix yogurt and miso to make sauce.
[2] Wash lettuce, tear into pieces, and drain.
[3] Heat a frying pan and cook the eggs and bacon.
[4] Boil noodles for 3 minutes.
[5] Serve and complete.
