Soba inari
Ingredients
- Soba
- 80g
- Seasoned Inari
- 1 pack
- Shredded dried nori
- to taste
- Thinly sliced egg
- to taste
- Cucumber
- to taste
- Soba sauce
- to taste
[1] Boil udon noodles, rinse in cold water and drain.
[2] Cut inari in half and place soba inside inari.
[3] Top with prepared ingredients, pour soba-tsuyu over soba noodles, and sprinkle with chopped nori.
[4] Serve the finished ingredients on a plate.
