Udon Egg Roll
Ingredients
- Udon
- 50g
- Egg
- 3 pieces
- Dashi soup
- to taste
- Soy sauce
- to taste
[1] Boil udon noodles and drain after boiling.
[2] After crack an egg and mixed, add soup stock and soy sauce to taste.
[3] Put egg and udon in frying pan, roll and bake
[4] Serve the finished ingredients on a plate.
