Sweet red-bean soup with udon noodles
Ingredients
- Udon
- 100g
- Sweet bean paste
- 100g
- Sugar
- to taste
- Salt
- to taste
- Water
- 100g
[1]Boil udon noodles and drain after boiling.
[2]Add the same amount of water as the sweet bean paste to the pot and season with sugar and salt.
[3]Serve the finished ingredients on a plate.
If you add a little bit of soy sauce instead of salt, it improves the aroma and mellows out the taste.
