BANSHU SOMEN RYUBIN 300g

These somen noodles are made using Moriguchi’s technology.

The noodles are made from carefully selected wheat flour and the dough is aged sufficiently to give it a smooth, firm, and smooth texture.

It is made with only flour and salt, no oil.

Please prepare soup and condiments in advance.

[1] Add 100 g (1 bundle) of noodles to about 1 liter of boiling water and mix gently.

[2] Boil for 2 minutes, adjusting the heat to prevent spilling.

[3] Quickly transfer to a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold water.

After boiling, please eat as soon as possible.
