We developed this product as a new product for the overseas market because we were able to use rare Kyoto flour.

Before boiling, prepare the soup and condiments.

[1] for every 100 grams of noodles, put the noodles in about 1 liter of boiling water and loosen them lightly with chopsticks.

[2]  Boil for about 12 minutes.

[3] After boiling, wash quickly with cold water.

[4] Drain the water and add your favorite soup and condiments to enjoy.
