Chilled udon, zaru udon, and yaki udon are also delicious.

Before boiling, prepare the soup and condiments.

[1] Add a sachet of this product to about 2 liters of boiling water and break it up gently with chopsticks.

[2] Adjust the heat so that hot water does not spill over, and boil for about 10 minutes.

[3] Turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let it steam for about 3 to 4 minutes.

[4] Quickly remove to a colander and rinse under cold water.

Serve with your favorite seasoning.
