[What is the best way to eat it?]

Chilled soba noodles are firm and satisfying.
Hot soba has a more elastic texture.

Before boiling, prepare the soup and condiments.

[1] Put one sachet (250 grams) in pieces into about 2 liters of boiling water and break it up gently with chopsticks.

[2] Boil for about 4 minutes, being careful not to spill. Halfway through the cooking process, take one or two noodles and dip them in water to check the level of cooking.

[3] Turn off the heat, cover with a lid and let it steam for about 3 minutes.

[4] Wash in a colander with cold water.

[5] Drain off the water well before serving. The noodles taste best when freshly boiled, so please eat them as soon as possible.
