These somen are thin, but have a firm texture and smoothness.

 

[What is the best way to eat it?]

It is delicious with either chilled or warm somen noodles.

Before boiling, prepare the soup and condiments.

[1] Put one sachet (250 grams) in pieces into about 2 liters of boiling water and break it up gently with chopsticks.

[2] Boil for about 3 minutes. The noodles will become slightly transparent.

[3] Quickly scoop it up and wash it two or three times in cold water.

[4] Drain off the water and add your favorite dipping sauce and condiments.

Be careful not to leave them soaking in water as they will become too soft.
