Two years ago, we launched Kyo Udon noodles made from 100% Kyoto wheat flour, which is rare and extremely rare. This Kyo udon was well received for its chewy texture.

This time, since Kyoto is also famous for its ramen, we have commercialized ramen (Chinese noodles) made from 100% Kyoto flour.
Like udon noodles, these ramen noodles have a chewy texture with just the right amount of elasticity.

It is also suitable for any kind of soup, so you can enjoy it as a hot ramen or as a cold ramen,
It can also be served cold or as a chilled noodle. This Chinese noodle Kyo has been well received by our customers.

[What is the best way to eat it?]

It can be served hot or cold with Chuka soba.

Before boiling, prepare the soup and condiments.

[1] for every 100 grams of noodles, put the noodles in about 1 liter of boiling water and loosen them lightly with chopsticks.

[2]  Boil for about 3 – 4 minutes.

[3] After boiling, wash quickly with cold water.

[4] Drain the water and add your favorite soup and condiments to enjoy.
