[ About the product development ]
We developed Hiyamugi as one of the 5-serving series.
We carefully selected raw materials, adjusted the thickness of the noodles, and made the cross section square so that it is easy to cut with teeth and swallow.
Before boiling, prepare the soup and condiments.
[1] For every 100 grams of noodles, place them in pieces in about 1 liter of boiling water.
[2] Boil for 4 minutes.
[3] After boiling, wash the noodles quickly in cold water.
