The traditional matured noodles of Banshu, a noodle production area, have a firm texture and are smooth and easy to cut with your teeth.
Boiling time is only 8 minutes, making it easy to prepare.
[ About the product development ]
We developed udon noodles as one of the products in the 5-serving series.
In order to respond to customers who say that it takes a long time to cook udon noodles, we made udon noodles with short boiling time and soft but firm texture.
We carefully selected the raw materials, made the noodles thin and the cross-section was shaped like a small oval with no corners to improve the texture.
Before boiling, prepare the noodle soup and condiments.
[1] For each 90 grams of noodles, place them in pieces in about 1 liter of boiling water and gently break them up with a brush.
[2] Boil for 8 minutes.
[3] After boiling, wash the noodles quickly in cold water.
[4] Drain off the water and serve with your favorite sauce or condiments.
