BANSHU SOMEN 200g
[ Product Features ]
These noodles have been matured in the traditional way in Banshu, a noodle production area, so they are firm.
The noodles are easy to cut with your teeth, and can be used for noodles that are hard to boil and stretch.
Boiling time is only 2 minutes, making it easy to prepare.
[ Delicious way to eat ]
Dipped in cold noodle sauce and served as “chilled colander”. Somen is an ideal product for hot summer days.
[ The best way to boil ]
[1] Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pot. Boil in a large pot with plenty of water (about 1 liter per 100 grams of somen).
[2] Boil the water for about 2 minutes. Turn down the heat if the noodles start to spill.
[3] After boiling, quickly remove to a colander, rinse in cold water, cool thoroughly, and drain.
