These noodles have been matured in the traditional way in Banshu, a noodle production area, so they are firm.
The noodles are easy to cut with your teeth, and can be used for noodles that are hard to boil and stretch.
Boiling time is only 8 minutes, making it easy to prepare.
Before boiling, prepare the noodle soup and condiments.
[1] For every 100 grams of noodles, place in about 1 liter of boiling water and gently break up the noodles with chopsticks.
[2] Boil for about 8 minutes.
[3] After boiling, wash the noodles quickly in cold water.
[4] Drain off the water and serve with your favorite sauce or condiments.
