This is a salt-free udon noodles made from 100% Japanese wheat, without using any salt, and using only boiling water to knead.

The amount of Na is only 1mg, which is the amount of Na contained in wheat and water.

It is ideal for health-conscious customers.

 

[ Why did we develop this product? ]

After much trial and error, we finally arrived at the boiling water kneading method in order to create a healthy and tasty udon that was not yet available in Japan, without using any salt.

We tried several kinds of raw materials and found the best one to be 100% Japanese wheat.

Before boiling, prepare the noodle soup and condiments.

[1] For every 100 grams of noodles, place them in pieces in about 1 liter of boiling water and break them up with chopsticks.

[2] Boil for about 9 minutes.

[3] After boiling, wash the noodles quickly in cold water.

[4] Drain off the water and serve with your favorite sauce and condiments.
