Salt-free vegetable somen noodles made from pumpkin, carrot, and spinach, cut into 2cm lengths, mixed together, and packed in 100g bags.

The bag is zippered for easy storage as it is cooked in small amounts for small children.

It is a healthy and wholesome vegetable somen noodles to eat with a spoon.


[ Why did we develop this product? ]

In order to reduce the amount of salt consumed by small children, we have developed a salt-free vegetable somen.

The noodles are cut into 2cm lengths so that they can be eaten with a spoon.


[ What is the best way to eat it? ]

Boil a small amount of the noodles in broth and let it cool sufficiently before using.

The noodles are 2cm long, so you can eat them straight with a spoon.


[ How to boil well ]

[1] Bring a large pot of water to a boil. (Boil the water in a large pot, using about 1 liter of water per 100 grams of somen.)

[2] Add the somen noodles and boil for about 3 to 4 minutes. If the water seems to spill over, lower the heat.

[3] When the noodles are done boiling, quickly remove them to a colander and rinse them well in cold water.


[ For children ]

Cook until soft (4-6 minutes) and add to soups or porridge for easier eating.
