[ Product Features ]

Matcha fine udon noodles made from 100% Japanese ingredients.
It contains mainly Hokkaido wheat flour and matcha powder from Shizuoka.
The salt content is about 1/3 of that of regular udon. The udon has a rich aroma of matcha, is smooth and elastic, and has a deep flavor that is refreshing down the throat.

Each bag contains about 2 servings.

 

[ About this product ]

Matcha is traditionally used in soba noodles, but we developed this matcha fine udon in response to requests for a delicious udon with the rich flavor of matcha.

The amount of salt has been reduced to make it more smooth.

The flavor of the matcha udon remains the same throughout its shelf life.

[ How to boil ]

[1] Fill a large pot with 2 liters of water and bring it to a boil. Boil for about 7 minutes, keeping the water boiling to the point where the noodles rotate with the water. 2.

[2] Quickly remove the boiled noodles to a colander and rinse thoroughly in cold water.

 

[ For Zaru Udon ]

Place the rinsed noodles in a colander or bowl, and serve with your favorite sauce and condiments.

 

[For Kake Udon ]

After rinsing the noodles in step 2, reheat them in hot water, transfer them to a bowl, and serve with your favorite sauce and condiments.
