Spicy hot udon noodles made with domestic wheat and kneaded with red pepper powder. (Boiling time: about 6 minutes)

[Why did we develop this product?]

While taking advantage of the goodness of Banshu dry noodles. We developed this product with the idea of creating a product with impact that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways by people overseas.

 

[What kind of way do you like to eat it?]

In addition to hot udon noodles, we recommend salad udon noodles with dressing or stir-fried udon noodles with meat and vegetables.

1. Bring about 1 liter of water to a boil, add noodles and boil for 6 minutes. 2.

2. Adjust the heat if the noodles seem to be spilling over during boiling.

3. After boiling, remove the noodles from the water and drain in a colander.

Serve with your favorite sauce, soup, and condiments.
