This product is a package of Chinese-style noodles with fine noodles made from domestically produced wheat and a tonkotsu-flavored soup made without animal ingredients.

[Reason for Developing this Product]

As the second item in the Shukune Ramen series, we have commercialized the “tonkotsu flavor,” which is popular among overseas customers and has received many requests.

We have used a flavorful and satisfying soup while not using any animal ingredients.

[Delicious Ways to Enjoy]

Please add ingredients such as chopped green onions, scallions, vegetables, and menma (bamboo shoots) to enhance the flavor and enjoy.

[Others]

The name “Shukune” was chosen based on a sumo god associated with Tatsuno City, where our company is located.

1. Boil approximately 1 liter of water and add the noodles. Boil for 2 minutes until the noodles are al dente.

2. If the water starts to overflow, adjust the heat accordingly.

3. Put one packet of soup into a bowl and dilute it with 300cc of hot water.

4. Drain the cooked noodles and place them in the bowl. Add your preferred toppings and enjoy.
