[Why did we develop this product?]

We developed this product so that customers around the world can enjoy the delicious dried noodles from Banshu.

[What is the best way to eat it?]

The noodles can be served boiled with your favorite soup, or cooled in cold water and served as salad noodles. It is also exceptional in stir-fried dishes such as yakisoba.

1. place the noodles in 2 liters of boiling water in pieces and break them up gently with a ladle. 2.
