[ How to boil well ]

[1] Bring a large pot of water to a boil. (Approx. 1 liter per 90 grams of somen noodles.)

[2] Add somen noodles and boil for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Lower the heat if it looks like it is going to spill over.

[3] After boiling, quickly remove from the water to a colander, rinse well in cold water, and cool thoroughly before draining.
