IBONOITO TENOBE UDON 300g
[ Product Features ]
The flour is specially formulated for handstretched udon.
The dough is slowly kneaded and matured to create udon with a pleasant texture and elasticity that is resistant to falling apart over time.
[ Why did we develop this product? ]
In order to increase the variety of handstretched noodles, we decided to produce udon.
Our udon noodles, made with the handstretched method, are hard to boil and are favored as gift items and single products.
[ What is the best way to eat it? ]
In addition to chilled udon, it can be used in a wide variety of dishes such as hot pots, kama-age udon, stewed udon, and yaki udon because it does not fall apart even after being cooked for a long time.
Before boiling, prepare the noodle sauce and condiments.
[1] Place each 100 grams of noodles in about 1 liter of boiling water and break them up with chopsticks.
[2] Boil for about 10 minutes.
[3] Then turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and steam for about 2 minutes.
[4] Remove to a colander and rinse well under cold water.
[5] Drain the water in a colander. Noodles taste better when freshly boiled, so please eat them as soon as possible.
