IBONOITO TENOBE UDON HIJIRI 300g
[ Product Features ]
The flour is specially formulated for hand-stretched udon.
The noodles are slightly flattened with a better texture on the tongue than regular hand-pulled udon, and can be boiled in a shorter time.
They are also less likely to fall apart over time.
[ Why did we develop this product? ]
We developed this product to add variety to our handstretched udon products. The shape of the noodle is slightly flatter than that of regular hand-pulled udon.
We also shortened the normal udon boiling time from 10 minutes to 7 minutes, and made the length of the noodles the same as that of hand-pulled somen noodles, from 24 cm to 19 cm, to make it easier to set as a gift.
[ What is the best way to eat it? ]
In addition to chilled udon, it can be used in a wide variety of dishes such as hot pots, kama-age udon, stewed udon, and yaki udon because it does not fall apart even after being cooked for a long time.
Before boiling, prepare the noodle sauce and condiments.
[1] Place each 100 grams of noodles in about 1 liter of boiling water and break them up with chopsticks. 2.
[2] Boil for about 7 minutes.
[3] Turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let the noodles steam for about 3 minutes.
[4] Take it to a colander and rinse it well under cold water.
[5] Drain the water in a colander. The noodles taste better when freshly boiled, so please eat them as soon as possible.
