IBONOITO HARIMANOSHIZUKU 300g
[ Product Features ]
This special handstretched udon is made with 100% locally grown wheat from Hyogo Prefecture, which is extremely rare, and finished with techniques cultivated through the production of somen noodles.
The flavor of the wheat nurtured in the fertile land, the soft texture and strong firmness, and the white, glossy noodles are reminiscent of Himeji Castle, the pride of Banshu in the world.
[ Why did we develop this product? ]
In order to establish the Banshu brand and raise awareness of the high quality Banshu dry noodles in overseas markets, we created a product exclusively for overseas use.
The product is made of flour produced in Hyogo Prefecture, and the package is decorated with Himeji Castle, a world-class symbol of Banshu, in a modern Japanese style with elegant colors.
[ What is the best way to eat it? ]
It can be used for a variety of dishes throughout the year, such as cold udon, kake udon, yaki udon, and nabe dishes.
You can taste the flavor of very rare Hyogo wheat.

[4] Drain off the water and serve with your favorite soup and condiments.
