[ Why did we develop this product? ]
In order to deepen the permanent value of the handstretched method, we have created an adult Chinese noodle with a thinness and smoothness that can only be achieved with the handstretched method.
[ What is the best way to eat it? ]
The smooth and pleasant texture unique to handstretched noodles, which is not found in existing Chinese noodles, makes the coolness of chilled Chinese noodles stand out even more.
Since it does not easily become overcooked, it can be used as ramen without losing its texture.

[ How to boil well ]
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. (Bring a large pot of water to a boil (approximately 1 liter per 80 grams of Chinese noodles).
Boil the water for 3 minutes. Turn down the heat if the noodles start to spill.
When the noodles are done boiling, quickly remove them to a colander and rinse them in cold water, letting them cool thoroughly before draining.
