Using durum wheat flour as the raw material, Ibo-no-ito has created a pasta that can be cooked in a short time of 2 to 2.5 minutes using a unique blend and traditional handstretched method.

 

[ What is the best way to eat it? ]

Serve with cold or hot sauce of your choice.

Before boiling the pasta, prepare the sauce of your choice.

[1] Place the noodles in a large pot of boiling water in advance. (About 1 liter for 80 grams of noodles)

[2] Boil the water for 2 to 2.5 minutes, adjusting the heat to prevent spilling. Adjust the boiling time to your liking. 3.
