Banshu has long been famous for its somen noodles.

When somen is matured after being made, it becomes firmer and more delicious.

The products are packed in a well-ventilated box and aged in a special warehouse for more than a year until they are ready to eat.

This is an excellent specialty product recommended by Hyogo Prefecture.

[ How to boil well ]

[1] Bring water to a boil in a large pot.(About 500 milliliters for one bundle is a good rule of thumb.)

[2] Add the somen noodles and boil for about 2 minutes.

[3] After boiling, quickly remove to a colander and rinse well under cold water. Let cool enough to handle, then drain and serve.
