This product is made for miso soup using the technique cultivated in Banshu, the home of Somen.

The length of the noodles is 9 cm (half the normal length), making them easy to cook and eat.

Just add it to a pot of miso soup.

It is a paid specialty product recommended by Hyogo Prefecture.

[ How to boil well ]

[1] Place 750 milliliters of water and the ingredients in a pot and heat.

[2] When the water comes to a boil, add 50 grams (1 bag) of noodles and the soup stock, and simmer for 3 minutes.

[3] Dissolve the miso and turn off the heat.
