To preserve the original flavor and hue of matcha, aluminum vapor deposition is used as the packaging material.
Before boiling the soba, prepare your favorite soup and condiments.
[1] In advance, place the noodles in a large pot of boiling water. (About 1 liter for 100 grams of noodles)
[2] Boil for about 5 minutes, adjusting the heat to prevent spilling. Adjust the boiling time to your liking.
[3] After boiling, transfer to a colander and rinse well under running water.
The key to a good soba meal is to serve it immediately after cooking.
