High quality wheat flour and Sarashina buckwheat flour are kneaded with plenty of plum paste from Kishu. The unique ume flavor of the buckwheat makes it addictive.

[ How to boil well ]

[1] Place the noodles in about 1 liter of boiling water. (100g per person)

[2] Boil the noodles for 4 to 5 minutes, loosening them with chopsticks. Be careful not to spill over.

[3] After boiling, transfer to a colander and rinse well under running water.

It is best to eat them immediately after boiling.
