This package has been in the works for several months as a challenge by the Banshu Noodle Export Association to register Banshu Noodles as a GI product, to explain and prove it in overseas transactions, and to gain the trust of consumers.
What is a GI?
Geographical Indications (GI) is a system that protects the right to use the name of a region on goods to ensure that goods produced in a particular region have quality, reputation, or other characteristics unique to that region.
We’ve been working steadily on this project and we’re finally unveiling it💕.
