Thank you to everyone who came to FOODEX JAPAN 2022 held at Makuhari Messe from March 8 (Tuesday) to March 11 (Friday), 2022.

According to official figures, 1,485 food and beverage manufacturers and trading companies from 44 countries and regions around the world exhibited in 1,784 booths (836 domestic companies in 1,082 booths, 649 overseas companies in 702 booths), making it a large-scale exhibition.

The number of registered visitors for the four days totaled 33,726 (25,754 in the previous year), a significant increase over the previous year.

The Banshu Dried Noodle Export Expansion Council was located at the far end of HALL3, north entrance 3.

Setup of the venue began the day before, and on Monday the 7th, display and setting up of each company’s products and a meeting for the exhibition starting the next day were held.

Now, it is the day of the event.

Each person confirms his/her role assignment and time schedule, etc.

On the first day, the Banshu Sisters also came to the event and enlivened the venue.

As one would expect, character + cosplay is very popular (lol).

From the first day, many people stopped by the booth and had lively business discussions.

There was also an online business meeting time with overseas customers, where each company showed their products through a display connected to the local market.

Next to the council booth was the international group.

It was a huge pavilion rather than a booth, and I took the opportunity to visit all the booths.

I was overwhelmed by the wonderful pavilions of all the countries.

The next exhibition is scheduled to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 22 (Wed.) to 24 (Fri.), 2022, as part of the “Japanese Food Products” Export Expo!

The Banshu Dried Noodle Export Expansion Council will participate in this business meeting to sell our products to overseas buyers, and we are planning our next plan to participate.
