Ramen Jelly
Ingredients
- Chinese noodles
- 50g
- Ramen soup
- to taste
- Japanese parsley
- to taste
- Cucumber
- to taste
- Mini Tomato
- to taste
- Gelatine
- to taste
[1] Boil Chinese noodles, rinse under cold water, and place a small amount in a small deep-bottomed bowl.
[2] Make the soup, add the gelatin, warm it, pour the resulting soup into the small bowl, and allow it to cool.
[3] Remove the cooled jelly from the mold, place on a plate and garnish with vegetables to complete the dish.
