Grilled Noodles with Mapo doufu

Ingredients

Chinese noodles
100g
Tofu
300g
Small green onion
to taste
Minced pork
80g
Salt and pepper
to taste
Mapo doufu based
1 pack
Chicken stock powder
2 tsp

[1] Boil Chinese noodles and drain.

[2] Cut tofu and green onion into bite-sized pieces.

[3] Heat oil in a frying pan, fry meat, season Chinese noodles with Chicken stock powder and stir-fry.

[4] When the meat is cooked, add the tofu and Mapo doufu based .

[5] Arrange the finished ingredients on a plate.
