Curry ramen
Ingredients
- Chinese noodles
- 100g
- Instant curry
- 1 pack
- Potato
- 1 piece
- Sausage
- to taste
- Coriander
- to taste
- Dashi soup
- to taste
- Water-soluble potato starch
- to taste
[1] Boil Chinese noodles and drain.
[2] Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces and boil until soft.
[3] Add curry roux to the Dashi soup and make it smooth, then add the Chinese noodles and potatoes and bring to a boil.
[4] Add potato starch dissolved in water and make it smooth.
[5] Serve the finished ingredients on a plate.
