Soy Milk Ramen

Ingredients

Chinese noodles
100g
Minced chicken meat
40g
Boiled egg
1 pieces
White radish sprouts
to taste
Chili oil
to taste
Salt and pepper
to taste
Soybean milk
150ml
Chicken stock powder
3 tsp
Soy sauce
3 tsp
Water
100ml

[1] Boil Chinese noodles and drain.

[2] Stir-fry minced meat with salt and pepper to taste.

[3] Add (1) to the pot, season to taste, and warm the Chinese noodles in the pot.

[4] Serve the finished ingredients on a plate.
