[1] Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces. Prepare seasonings.

[2] Boil soba noodles and drain after boiling.

[3] Heat oil in a frying pan and fry soba noodles until crispy on both sides.

[4] Fry vegetables, etc. until cooked, add seasonings and water, and simmer gently.

[5] When cooked well, add water-soluble potato starch to thicken the sauce.
