Soba rice ball

Ingredients

Soba
80g
Cooked rice
80g
Chicken meat
to taste
Carrot
to taste
Trefoil
to taste
Soy sauce
1 tbsp
Sweet sake
1 tbsp
Cooking sake
1 tbsp
Sugar
1 tbsp
Dashi powder
to taste

[1] Cut chicken and carrot into small pieces.

[2] Before boiling soba noodles, fold them into bite-size pieces and boil them.

[3] Fry the chicken, and when the meat is cooked, add the carrots and mitsuba.

[4] When the carrots are tender, add rice and season with seasonings.

[5] When finished, wrap the rice in a conveniently sized piece of plastic wrap and make into a rice ball.

[6] Serve the finished ingredients on a plate.
