Buchimgae Soba

- Chinese chive

- Carrot

- Potato starch
- 50g
- Wheat flour
- 50g
- Sesame oil

[1]After boiling soba noodles, drain off the water.
[2]Cut vegetables into small pieces and mix in a bowl.
[3]Put oil in a frying pan, add the ingredients, and cook until browned on both sides.
