Cold soba noodles topped with plum and tomato
Ingredients
- UJI MATCHA SOBA
- 80g
- Tomato
- 1 piece
- Japanese Radish
- Salted plum
- Men-tsuyu
Boil brown buckwheat noodles for 5 minutes, rinse, and drain in cold water.
Cut the tomatoes and arrange them on a plate.
Serve the chasoba with grated radish on top.
Mix chopped pickled plums with mentsuyu and sprinkle over the whole mixture.
One to eat on a hot day!
