Bibimbap-style somen noodles
Ingredients
- SOMEN NOODLE FOR SALAD
- 50g
- Minced meat
- 80g
- Salad oil
- 1 tbsp
- Carrot
- to taste
- Spinach
- to taste
- Bean sprouts
- to taste
- Yakiniku sauce
- to taste
- Soft boiled egg
- 1 piece
- Broad bean chili paste
- to taste
[1] Cut carrots into strips,Cut spinach into 2cm pieces.
[2] Put carrots, spinach and bean sprouts in boiling water, beginning with the hardest ones, and boil for about 2 minutes.
[3] Fry ground meat in a frying pan and season with yakiniku sauce.
[4] Put minced meat and vegetables on boiled salad noodles and add hot spring eggs.
