Ingredients

Udon
100g
Thickly sliced eggs
to taste
Cucumber
to taste
Imitation crab meat
to taste
Sushi Laver
1 sheet

[1]Cut cucumber and egg into long thin strips.

[2]Boil udon noodles, then rinse in cold water and drain.

[3]Place udon on a sheet of nori, top with ingredients, roll up, and cut into bite-size pieces.

[4]Serve the finished ingredients on a plate.
