Potato and Udon Galette
Ingredients
- Udon
- 100g
- Potato
- 100g
- Baby leaf
- to taste
- Salt and pepper
- to taste
- Oil
- to taste
[1] Boil udon noodles and drain after boiling.
[2] Cut the potatoes into strips with a slicer and mix with salt and pepper.
[3] Put oil in a frying pan and add udon noodles and potatoes.
[4] When browned, turn over, cover and cook until cooked through.
[5] Serve the finished ingredients on a plate.
