
Cold soba noodles topped with plum and shiso leaves

Ingredients
- KISHU UME SOBA
- 80g
- Green perilla dressing
- 15g
- Noodle soup
- 15g
- Shiso
- Appropriate amount
- Salted plum
- Appropriate amount
- Shredded dried seaweed
- Appropriate amount

[1] Boil ume soba noodles for 4~5 minutes, rinse, cool in cold water, and drain.
[2] Combine the aojiso dressing and men-tsuyu, and chop the pickled plums. 3.
[3] Mix the two together with the ume soba.
[4] Spread shiso leaves on a plate, place 3 on top, sprinkle chopped nori on top, and you’re done!
Easy to make with green perilla dressing! A menu to prevent summer fatigue.
